Our main focus is construction, property law, new media, e-commerce and general commercial law.
Some examples include:
Construction including advice about building contracts, preparing building contracts, or where a dispute arises over building works such as non-payment, delays in completion, security of payments or defects in the building works. We cover both domestic and commercial building works.
Property including buying and selling property, preparing or entering into a lease, or if a dispute arises about a lease, subdivision of property, joint ventures to develop properties, boundary queries or disputes.
New Media/e-commerce including setting up a website or entering into web based software agreements or where a dispute has arisen about these matters.
General Commercial This includes most other business related transactions from advice to litigation.
