Demetra Giannakopoulos is the principal/director of Construct Commercial Lawyers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in addition to her law degree.
Demetra has over 14 years experience in property and construction law, with a particular focus on litigation. She has been self-employed for most of those 14 years and understands the needs and motivations of business owners.
She enjoys facilitating bringing together people to achieve a goal such as drafting contracts for joint venture developments. Demetra especially enjoys helping people to achieve a resolution to their legal problems. She prides herself on seeking out practical alternatives to resolving a dispute to try to avoid the need to go to court.
